Well, Santa Fe New Mexico anyway, thats how the clever ad campaign wants to bill us.
Complete no0b here, on my second batch after thoroughly ruining the first (undrinkable, I swear) I am working on a simple standard recipe supplied by my local homebrew store http://www.santafehomebrew.com/ . I am working on a cream ale that is bubbling away fairly raucously at the moment and am re-reading Palmers How to Brew as I go along.
I enjoy reading the forums at work and decided to join and look forward to an expanding hobby.
