Just bottled my first batch of Red Amber this Sunday... it smelled awesome, so the next day I tried a glass. I was really surprised how good it tasted, plus it seemed to have a decent head for not being conditioned...

Nice looking glass o' red there. Probably some CO2 left in solution from fermentation causing that head. Give the rest of the bottles a couple weeks and it should be awesome.

Welcome to HBT, from Minnesota!

Thanks! I let it sit in primary for a month...this was after a day of conditioning... it gets flat quick, so it’s kind of like fool’s gold.
