Hello, everybody. I've been reading and learning from these forums for about a year now and figured it was time to join up. I've recently (yesterday) pushed past the extract barrier, and still have a lot to learn, but I hope to offer to aspiring brewers the same kind of help and knowledge I've gleaned from this site. My Papazian is my bible, but most of my technique and problem-solving methods are pulled directly from the advice given to frustrated or worried brewers in these pages. Thanks, guys.
