Hailstorm's mix your own Vlad variants was easily the best thing we had all day.

one of the people i was with got all the variants in one pour (except maple). surprisingly not horrible.

Ambled around before folks got in. Some of the new folks are putting out some great stuff.

Being the homer I am I wandered over to the schells booth had all the star Berliners...

Then filled up my brewery metal cup with delicious grain belt premium and enjoyed that along with being drenched in sweat for the first hour or so of the fest.

Our one massive line for darkness 10 we cleared in about 5 min.

The Rosè Lager was amazing. Missed Cherry Darkness.

Homerism aside it was the best darkness I’ve ever had. Real curious to try the base version seemed smoother under the cherry than the somewhat prickly hop notes it’s had in the past

No clue on when the darkness went on, the whole day flowed together due to the heat and staying busy I drank a grand total of maybe two beers during the fest one of which was definitely a grain belt premium because that’s the hometown pride for me.
Best guess would be 2:30-2:45ish?
