Great progress on the keggle!,On my way to first brew!

After borrowing a plasma cutter and buying 50 bucks worth of consumables i was on my way!.I made a simple jig in literally five minutes out of exhaust pipe that sat in the tap port.Thanks to you guys for the ideas!I just notched the exhaust pipe for the plasma torch to sit in,it worked great!

Then i did a test boil with seven gallons on my stove top,it sit perfectly over two burners.It boiled in forty minutes.seven gallons boiled down to 5 in one hour,Perfect!.I then tested the immersion chiller i made out of 50 feet of 1/2 inch copper tubing.It cooled five gallons to 68 degrees in 15 minutes!.I'm having tons of fun before i even brew!

Oh yeah,i found a lid to a pan the fits nice too!

BTW,i also have a weldless fitting i will put on tomorrow,no siphoning for me!

It certainly helps to get the boil going with just two measly burners!

I like the jig over mine.

I bet it didn't take hours either to clean up the cut.

I have not even cleaned up the cut yet,it was very clean.The plasma cutter i used was great,way better then the one i used to have.I will touch up the cuts once i cut the hole for the ball valve.
