Grain to Extract conversion chart?

Hey everyone, sorry I did a quick search and was coming up with nothing specific. I am going to be doing BIAB partial mash's and am trying to find a good chart for what extracts can be substituted for what grains. I know you should use light DME or LME to make up points, but my grain capacity is at around 8-10 lbs. If grain bill goes over this, I was needing something to reference to subtract some grain and replace with appropriate extract. Sorry if this is a dumb question.
