Got a used Haier kegerator, took the faucet apart...

reassembled it but had a small light colored plastic ball. Was that part of the faucet? Seems like it might go in behind the facet, inside the shank. Or am I just nuts?

Does it have a sanke coupler? probably out of that if so

It came with a sanke coupler on there that I swapped out for ball lock fittings.
