As the title says, I got a pound of Green World Farms Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee beans from Oahu. It smells simply amazing and while I could just brew coffee with it, I thought, well, why not make beer instead. What tried and true recipes would you recommend? Preferably ones you have done yourself!

Araknaphob1c made a coffee Porter using Ruta Maya coffee beans. He used 5 oz. I believe. I thought it was awesome! But, he thought the coffee flavor was over the top. Hell, nothing like a breakfast beer I say- Maybe he can step up with his recipe. If not, I have it at home. (If you can wait 4 hours)
