I am not a great note taker. To be honest, I really don't care to be. However, I find that sometimes I lose track of my ciders and wines as they age. I am cheap as well as lazy, so I won't buy any software.
Then, I got into Google Forms and Google Docs through work. I created a simplistic Google Form to help me take some notes and track my fermenting and aging homebrew. Any suggestions on what else might be added to this form would be appreciated. Again, I am not a brewer that is hyper meticulous. I am more of an experimenter who shoots from the hip. This is only meant to give me rudimentary information in a very simple manner.
