The wife is gone so I decided to do 3 different AG batches today. 5 gal of Oktoberfest, 5 gallons of Rye IPA, and 10 gallons of Cream Ale... Wonder how wasted I will be by the end of this.

Totally wanted to do 2 brews today, but in the middle of my first (Belgian Tripel) got a call to do freelance work. So instead of pitching at midnight, I will be working. At least I have the one in the fermenter. Good luck on getting all 3 done!
