Going to LHBS tomorrow...

I'm going to my LHBS tommorrow evening (morning US time) and was wondering what to buy...

Current list include:
Kit Pilsner
Kit Ale
Kit German Wheat
Hydrometer

And some wine items...

I just have the one fermentor and plan to do these one after the other in time for christmas... (2 months or so bottle conditioned)

If I want to try a partial mash what would I need?

for PM, you need a strainer and/or large grain bag, and a pot in which to do the mash. If you have a pot that can handle 2 gallons, that should be enough for most PMs. Or, a cooler with similar capacity. I assume you have thermometer already? Cheers!

a second fermenter, so you can put each brew into secondary for a couple weeks, prior to bottling. glass or a Better Bottle...yer choice.

a bottling bucket really isn't good for a secondary. its oxygen permeable, and you can't sanitize the inside of the spigot when its time to drain it.
