I don't know if anyone is familiar with the Scandinavian holiday drink called glögg, but its basically wine with added fruits and spices and harder alcohol. I have a bunch of recipes, but they all add alcohol (wine, port, whiskey...). I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of someone fermenting the must itself instead of adding alcohol. I'd basically be fermenting grape, cranberry, apple, and orange juices with cinnamon and cloves. Could that work? I'm rather new, so I apologise if this is a silly question. Thanks

Sounds good to me! Cranberry and orange kinda taste nasty when dry, so be prepared to stabilize and sweeten. I'd stick to about 1 stick cinnamon and 1 clove max per gallon, in secondary. Other than that, just let us know how it goes! :mug:
