Ok folks, I've been brewing for years, but I'm new to meadmaking... Please bear with my ignorance.

Followed Charlie Papazian's (sp?) Ginger Barkshack Mead recipe. Primary fermentation was humming along, rather vigorously for 10 days, then came grinding to a crawl... So I racked to secondary and now I've got....NOTHING.

No fermentation pressure on the airlock... Did I wreck a good thing? Should I add some yeast nutrient? More yeast?

Just out of my realm and looking for advice.

Could you possibly just be done with fermentation? What are your gravity readings? Depending on the yeast and the OG, you could possibly finish fermentation in 10 days...

+1 for that.

The OP needs to take some gravity readings to make sure where it's at. It could be pretty much finished, but as air lock activity is a very poor guide as to what's going on, it's possible that it could be finished, leaky seal on the airlock, or stuck fermenting.

Charlie P's Barshack recipe is one I've tried 3 times, and I've never enjoyed the results. I could be doing something wrong, but I don't believe so, having followed the recipe/instructions in the book as closely as possible.
