I want to know if there's a particular way to increase the amount of yeast formed in my starter. I have a 2000m flask and the yeast from my starters barely covers the bottom of the flask. I harvest directly from my starters rather than washing a cake and sometimes I fear that I harvest too much even though everything turns out fine. Picture included to show how much cake I get on my flask

Anyone out there able to make a ton of yeast in a starter or are my results about what to expect?

Don't forget that unless that starter has been sitting in the fridge for a week or so that there's still tons of yeast in that liquid also. Looks like a pretty good amount of yeast to me....

ok, good to have my fears put to rest that I don't get as good of turnout as others. this had been sitting in a fridge for about 24 hours.
