Hey everyone!
I brewed my first IPA in November 2022 and it tasted like beer
. I'm in the Central Florida area and a member of the Lakeland Brewer's Guild. I'm still bottling and have a small growler to carbonate with if I'm impatient. I've got a Summer Shandy fermenting, as well as a Meadowfoam Mead with a few friends (two of us are experimenting with Root Beer flavor and the other is using Maple Bourbon wood chips).
