As stated. I am somewhat new to the hobby, and am looking into setting up my HERMS setup. Now, I have to buy all fittings and such for the kegs, so my plan is to build a cheap controller for right now, and build a better one later on.

I am looking for a controller with no PID, able to control 2 pumps and a single 5500w heating element, with the ability to switch it from 120v to 240v via a switch.

I think I may need a Bryant 3025 DPDT switch to do the change from the 120v to 240v on the heating element. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of this type of setup?

  • No PID
  • Single 5500w Element w/switch to change from 110v to 220v
  • 2x 110v outlets on switches to turn pumps on/off
