So, over the weekend I brewed up my fourth batch, a nice IPA kit that I got from NB. I'm very excited to see how this brew comes out as I am in love with IPA's right now. They are probably my favorite beer atm, but that's not the good news.
Like most people I cook in an old keg that I cut the top out of. While brewing yesterday a friend of the family stopped by and said he had a surprise for me. He opens the tailgate on his truck and sets out another Keg on the ground. I'm elated, I have been looking forward to going all-grain since I first got my brew kit at Christmas.
I still have some things to get together, but I'm getting closer everyday
