Hi all,

After 30 years of brewing kits, partial mashes and fresh wort kits, my local fresh wort supplier closed after 35 years of business.

So I'm all-in with a new Brewzilla 35 Gen4 and lots of extras and have done my first all-grain. Worked really well. About 85% efficiency!
Quite a few teething problems, though, which is how I ended up on this forum.

Hopefully I can learn a lot and provide some input of my own.
