I'm thinking of doing a DIPA with mostly German ingredients, and would like some feedback on the recipe. I think it may lean a bit on the heavy IBU side, but that's what DIPAs are supposed to do, right?

Malt:
5.50 kg Pilsner (2 Row)
0.23 kg Cara-Pils/Dextrine
0.23 kg Caramunich Malt

Hops:
100.00 g Herkules [14.50 %] - Boil 90.0 min
10.00 g Herkules [14.50 %] - Boil 45.0 min
30.00 g Perle [8.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min
100.00 g Perle [8.00 %] - Boil 0.0 min

Dry hop:
90.00 g Perle [8.00 %]

60 minute single mash

Ferment with White Labs WLP001 California Ale

Interesting...I've fooled around making a German IPA and a German Imperial Stout. Both came out pretty good. Like you I used mostly German ingredients like Munich/Pilsner/Caraf3/German Hops and SafeAle K97 yeast.
