Gender Confusion?

Is that some hermaphroditic goodness in the lower righthand corner of this picture? This is a plant that has been left to the wild by my fiancees uncle. I am concerned because we have grown a cutting of this plant with my other hops, and I am curious if I will have to remove it. I have not seen anything like this on out cutting as of yet.

That looks bad. Probably a male flower structure. You want to get that thing out asap. It could ruin your entire crop. If they haven't flowered then pluck the little grapes off. good luck
