Gelatin uses, when?

I know everyone has their own of brewing and kegging. But I wanted your opinion, is it better to use the gelatin in the fermentor after cold crashing or use the gelatin in the keg after cold crashing.

I always do mine in the keg as racking to the keg will probably stir "stuff" up.

I always do keg too. It just makes more sense to me.

I've always added to the fermentor while cold crashing, 2 or 3 days before kegging. But I admit that might not be the best way.
