I read posts about adding gelatin sometime before bottling for clarity? Thoughts/ideas? I've let a Mexican Beer sit in Primary for almost a month now and I am about to keg. I don't mind cloudy beer, but Mexican beer is typically really clear.

I have used it in wine and had great success... My first attempt with beer is a wreck. Grunge stuck to the sides of the bottles and chunks of floaties. IF I turn the bottles upside down and get everything off the sides before chilling teh beer, everything settles out nice and the beer is crystal clear.. However the slightest bump or bad pour and it looks like I spilled an ashtray into the glass.
