I have been using gelatin in my kegs to clarify. It has been working great first pint is cloudy but crystal clear after. However I bottle right from my tap for competition beers. I don't use a beer gun I just set psi on 1 and use cleaned bottle fresh out of the freezer. Problem is I get a little ring of what looks like clear gelatin debris around the inside neck of the bottle. Beer is carved fine and tastes great but it looks bad on the neck during judging.
Anyone else have this problem or have ideas to solve it. I leave my bottles at room temp after filling so I ship them warm, I am hoping that gelatin ring drops out when they cool the bottles. Thoughts?
