Hey,

I've been home brewing for several months now but am starting to take a more active interest in it. I currently have an alcoholic ginger beer brewing. Conditions are not ideal as I'm in the middle of a summer in the tropics!

I study Science having just finished my Bachelors. In a couple of months I'm off to start an honours project in wine fermentation which I am seriously looking forward to.

I look forward to some serious home brew discussion!

Welcome, I am in Hobart, you know, the little island down the bottom. So what if it is ignored off a lot a maps (olympic medals included!) I am here, brewing and will be coming to your house for beer. Oh, I am also Scottish so you will be paying for everything!
