I've just signed up to the forum as it looks like a great place for new brewers such as myself! I'm currently living in Darwin although am originally from the UK.

Have a kit/kilo batch currently in the fermenter which has proven to highlight some of the issues of brewing up here in Northern Territory! Ie. it's hot and the water is also hot. So cooling wort is going to be fun and games. Anyway, I've been given a few ideas and I'm going to search this forum for more advice.

You came to the right place for good info & folks. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I started with Cooper's Micro Brew kit. Still use the fermenter having gone to partial boil, partial mash brew in a bag. I even use Cooper's Cans in PM brews, & Munton's plain DME's as well. So stick around & enjoy the ride!
