Welcome to the forum from the US :mug:
What do you like to brew and what method?

Im relatively new, although i have done a number of brews and a couple of applefiens (spelling).

I enjoy a good beer and wine with food.

Ive also tried home made mead, but didnt brew it, i wouldnt mind giving that a go in future.

atm, i have 2 apple wines on, each in 5ltr carboys, just store bought apple juice, a wine yeast from the brew shop and two different types of sugar (500 odd grams). Last 2 of these turned out very well. They sat for a few months, i bottled them in 355ml beer bottles, and enjoyed them over a period of time.
Using a different yeast this time and they are both in the 3rd week, the bubbly action has all but ceased a week odd ago.

I also have a mexican cervasa on in the 23ltrs, also in the 3rd week.

Im still enjoying a mangrove jacks home brew in its 5th week of being bottled and in the fridge.

Before i got into the tub method i was using the beer machine and its brews, not all turned out well tbh, its a very basic hit and miss without a hydrometer.
