You can do that with just one line and distribute with a manifold inside, or splitters, or whatever. The inside of my keezer looks like this:

The bottom line feeds a small keg in which I keep RO water that is used to feed my glass rinser. You can see the clear line coming from that keg, attached to the inside of the collar, and terminating on the left side of the collar where it passes through a bulkhead shank out to the glass rinser.
The second line from the bottom is a singleton, can be used to pressurize a single keg, or force carb one, or whatever.
The top two lead to 2-valve manifolds feeding the other 4 kegs. That allows me to have a few different volumes of gas if I want, though as it turns out that doesn't happen very much.
