gas in ball lock, liquid out ball lock differnt?

I have acquired 2 ball lock kegs and i have gray and black ball lock fittings. when i take them apart the are the same though. Is there a difference between gas out and liquid in ball locks.

Yes there is...it's the location of the balls...and the posts are different...look at the flanges...there is a large and small flange.

Remember this: Grey is Gas (IN) ... Black is Beer (OUT)...
