so the beer is no longer bubbling (since the blowoff explosion) and I pick it up and swirl it and no go. on top of that, the hops are still floating (expected) but what is not expecte, is the beer is very very very cloudy.
like the break isn't dropping type cloudy.
I'm worried the blowoff left it open for too long and **** is going down...

I've got a vial of Antwerp in the fridge at home too. Prob several months old, but if anybody wants it, they're welcome to it. I'm gonna stick to S-04 yeast and English styles for a while. Haven't had great luck with non-English yeasts![]()
