I am ready to do my second batch and first full boil. I know I have to compensate for water boil off and will start with 6 gallons.

My question is, can I just use all of the hops that came with the kit and still have a great tasting beer? I know that hops utilization goes up as use more water to boil and calculating usally calls for about 75% of the hops but I would like to use them all if it wont ruin the flavor. The kit contains the following hops:

1/2 oz Northern Brewer Bittering AA 8.5%
1/2 oz Willamette Aroma Hops AA 4.9%
1 oz Willamette Falvoring Hops AA 4.9%

Thanks

I would just do it as you normally would for the partial boil... its not going to make THAT big of a difference. A lot of the kits on northernbrewer.com, the partial boil extract kit and the all grain full boil call for the same exact hops and timing. So they don't even alter it... so I can't imagine its that big of a difference.
