Perhaps someone could give me some insight. I'm brewing an EPA and for the boil I'm using Glacier for bittering and for the last 10 min I planned on adding Willamette for aroma and flavor. Then I was going to add Fuggles to the secondary for dry hopping. Since Fuggles and Willamette are somewhat comprable...will this be a good idea? Any suggestions?

That sounds like a very nice hop schedule. Hops don't really cancel each other out, they either clash or compliment one another.
