I bought a Brewers Best English Ale kit to experiment with adding raspberries to the brew. I added raspberries to the secondary and, on advice to get the "snot balls" out, have racked to a tertiary. It was in primary for 6 days, secondary for 3 weeks. I'm going to let the rest of the snot settle out for a couple of days before bottling. Will I have enough active yeast in there to carb the beer with that length of time & number of racks?

Thanks

Yes you will. No problem. I made a cranberry wheat for last Christmas...1 week in primary. 2 weeks in secondary with the berries. 2 weeks in tertiary after racking off of cranberries. Got plenty of carbonation with the usual dose of corn sugar at bottling time.
