On my first 3 or 4 all grain batches I did not understand certain techniques anyway I left a little sugar behind do to poor sparging. After the sparge I would run a little bit more water through the grain and save the wort. So I froze it. I have 3 one gallon water jugs with frozen wort that I gathered by the way I stated above. I have used a little of it making starters, the gravity is not that high but I was just wondering if I thawed them out and made a 3 gallon batch of beer would it be worth drinking if say It has a gravity of 1.030 or higher? or worth the time and effort? I am gonna try it anyway cause I am hard headed and I love to brew and try differant things.
What are your thoughts.....? Or what if I boiled it down to 2 gallon or 1 gallon even to get a higher gravity?

I'd thaw it, check gravity, and go from there. If it not worth the effort due to low OG, maybe use it as sparge water for the next batch?

You could boil some DME in a gallon of water and add it to the frozen part to bump up the OG.
