I started brewing in 2009, but a preexisting condition flared back up that combined with a lack of funds has prevented me from brewing. Now in 2012 I got the home brewing itch again, and in the process of looking for more information as I want to do partial mashing this time. I ran across these forums and let me tell you. When I started back in '09 I thought brewing anything other then extract was extremely daunting, but the tons of helpful information I've found on these forums has convinced me otherwise.
Not to mention this place seems to be one of the few forums I've seen on the internet in the last five to ten years that have actual mature posters. So I appreciate that as well and I hope I can help add to this as well.
Anyways we took the scenic route but to get back to it. Hello! It's a pleasure to meet you all and keep on rocking out the awesome info and beer. :rockin:
