Hello fellow fermenters,
I have been brewing on and off for about 10 years. My wife bought my first kit from a local homebrew store. I started with extract and was amazed at the difference freshness makes. After buying a few books, I moved to an all grain system. I mainly did small batches in my kitchen and bottled.
This last summer, I upgraded to a 10 gal boil kettle used outside, a Ss Brewtech 7 gal chronical, and built a keezer (all based on my lurking on HBT).
Thanks for as sharing all your experience. This is truly a community and luckily one where sharing beer and experience is the whole point.
