So I have this cider in my secondary know for just under two weeks. I need to free up my carboy, so my question is:

If I bottle this stuff prematurely (still not that clear), Can I age the cider in the bottle, with no ill effects?

If the SG is stable, then you can bottle... it will leave a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle, but so long as fermentation is finished you won't have any bottle bombs...

I would recommend letting it clear in the carboy, then bottle once clear so the bottles aren't sitting on lees... bulk aging will also allow all the bottles to taste the same, as opposed to bottle aging, where each bottle may taste different...
