Hi guys

I recently purchased a 2nd hand fridge to use as my brewpi fermentation chamber.
It was working fine until last week, when it stopped working. Now, when plugged in, there's nothing. No buzz, no click, no inside light (the light thing makes me think it's fuse/electrical rather than compressor).

I dug around at the back today and found what I presume is the compressor starter relay, which has some burn marks on it.

They look to have been caused by this hockey-puck shaped disc. I've googled around a bit but have been unsuccessful in identifying it.

Any thoughts as to what it is?

If so, any idea on replacement ease, and cost?

The fridge is a Defy D225.
