My neighbor gave me a ziplock bag of cascade hops off the vine in his yard. They were picked last year. They were not dried, just put in the freezer. Should I use them? If so, is it better to use them in the boil or dryhop? Any guidance on how many to use would also be appreciated. Thanks

I would pitch them, if they are not properly dried then they will spoil. Get some this year and use them fresh and do a harvest ale......best way to use home grown hops IMO.
