HOw much fresh hops do you use per oz of hop pellets?

I think OP's still waiting for consensus on his question.
Is the conversion from leaf to pellet 10% as SkyHighBrew88 mentioned?

This doesn't seem to be the OP's question. At least not how I read it. I believe he's after the fresh/wet hops to dried hops conversion, which, as mentioned above, is in the 4-5 to 1 range.

The useful portion is the hop cone, not the leaf. Just want to clear that up.You mean whole leaf vs. pellet? I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, but +10% more whole hops to pellet.
