Fresh citrus zest???

Hello I am looking to brew 3.5gal Belgian wit an I want to use fresh citrus zest an coriander and chamomile but I don’t know how many ounces of each ingredient to use for a 3.5gal batch?

Do you have a recipe? If so, and it’s for 5-5.5 gallons you can use something like BeerSmith to scale it down to 3.5 gallons.

I did a 5 gallon recently. 1oz of coriander and 1.25 oz orange peel . Turned out really good. Hope this helps
