I have a bounty of mint in my garden and want to ferment it somehow. Maybe a session mead or something more traditional. I also will be brewing a mint chocolate stout (Radical Brewing recipe). However, I know I won't be getting around to it for a while.
Sooo...Can I freeze the mint leaves and use it later? I already have a sizable mint tincture from last year that still tastes great so that's already covered.
