Im new to keging beer and I have a few questions.Can't I just use any sort of temp sensor with the right voltage rating and temp range.Im a electrican by trade and have many johnson controlls temp sensors and I dont know why I cant use any of them.I did not now if they had to have a time delay so the compresser was not kicking on and off all the time.Another question is I see everybody pictures and what are those digital sensors. Thanks any input would be helpful .
