What would be a good type of freezer that would also have to be somewhat common since I'd be craigslist hunting, that would make a good unit to brew beer during the hot arizona summers. Also what would I need to purchase to make regulate the temperature of it to the proper brewing temps?
I'd like to maybe get one of the large chest style freezers and put it in my garage, regulate the temp and put my brews that are fermenting in there. That way they are safe from the summer heat, out of the way, and in a stable enviroment.
