I have a few pounds of home grown hops from last year sitting in my freezer. Roughly a pound each of centennial, columbus, and chinook. Dried to 10-12% and vacuum sealed stored in my freezer since. Grown organic. It looks like 1/2 a pound or so of columbus lost its seal.
