Hello all, I have made maybe 25 or so batches and have a pretty good track record so far of good beers. I mix AG with kits so some beers can be done with a shorter brew day. I made some Irish Blonde a while back and while I liked it the wife was just so so. So on to Frankenbrew. Over the weekend I did 10 gal AG cream ale on Sat and wanted to brew on Sunday afternoon. I had a Kolsch AG and an Irish Blonde kit. I just mix the two to make 1 10gal batch. I mashed to get 7 gal of AG wort and added 6 gal for the kit. Any you guys have any idea of what this mix may taste like?:drunk:

I think it will be fine, the real flavor deciders here will be your yeast choice and wether the hop flavors were ones that go well together.

cheers
