I got a deal and acquired some Franco-Belges Vienna malt and am considering some recipes with that as the base. Does anyone know the diastatic power of this? I don't want to rely on the typical DP of other Vienna malts, as those are all over the road. I've seen published DP numbers anywhere from 50L to 130L. I'd like to get a number for this particular malt. I don't doubt it's sufficient for self-conversion, but if I were to have adjuncts in the mash, not so certain.
