Four pounds of PNW hops per barrel?? What's that in homebrewing terms?

One of the most hop flavored beers I know of is I know of is Firestone's Union Jack which claims to use 4 lbs of PNW hops per bbl. How much hops would that translate to for a 5 gallon homebrew batch?

Keep in mind that hop utilization drops in larger batch sizes.

Hop utilization increases in larger batch sizes over 20 gallons. You should add more hops if you're brewing a homebrew size batch, could need anywhere from 10%-20% more hops than what they used commercially.

Thanks for catching that. Evidently I tried to type two sentences and came out with a mess.
