Found my hops being eaten. Now what?!

Went to check on my babies again. So far they have been doing great only this time I found pests. I bought organicide a while back as a way to prevent this from happening but failed to notice that it doesn't cover caterpillars. What pesticide should I use that's still organic?

I also found eggs under one leaf. Here are some pictures.

Im Intrigued by your furry friend.... I normally have a white fly infestation when i harvest, but never a kittypiller...

I've had good luck with organocide on catipillars.
