On the black bar at the top of each page, to the right of the search is a row of options. Since you started the thread, you click on the "My Threads" and choose which thread you want to update.
As I start my day on HomeBrewTalk, I choose the "My Replies" so I can see if one of my replies needs further explanation or if I have made a mistake and someone has corrected me.
