formula for hops extraction/ time

Yo! Finally got off me arse and installed a stainless steel "pillow" in my kettle to strain hops... no more hop-sacks (I hope).

What I need to know is- Is there a formula out there for alpha acid extraction/ time in boil? In other words how much acid will I get with say a 6.0% hop for ten minutes, five minutes, etc?

Great site, debtman. Thanks very much. BTW, this little stainless steel pillow thing works great. Somebody's gonna make a lot of friends if they start mass-producing them... maybe they already have.
